Issue Summary

We are seeing features with Approach (additional programs) field set to a value but not displayed on the grid view when the column is shown. We should probably show a select one value here to differentiate between null and other options. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1 - Toggle on the feature approach field for a portfolio
2. Step 2 - Navigate to feature grid
3. Step 3 - turn on columns shown "approach"
4. Step 4 - Open a feature and confirm that the column shown value matchs "null" 

Expected Results

Follow up with PM:

(Support feels that there should be a select one value here to identify "null")

Actual Results

Field values are null but show a single program on feature slide-out
