[JIRAALIGN-1295] Strategy room: Progress charts not aligned when using custom terminology

Issue Summary

Strategy Room: Progress charts not aligned when using custom terminology

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Go to Admministration>Platform Terminology. 
3. Set Plural term for Themes, Epics, Capabilities or Features to some long label. 
4. Save
5. Go to the Strategy room and check the Progress widget. 

Expected Results

Charts are vertically aligned. 

Actual Results

Charts aren't aligned, see screenshot. 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
