PIP Burn Up Not Showing One Day off for the begin and end of the PI dates

Issue Summary

The start and end dates on this report are off by one day. We need to follow the following calculations.

Burn Up Calculations: # Start Date = Start Date of PI minus one day (for example, the chart for a PI starting on June 1 will start at May 31)

1. End Date = Finish Date of PI plus one day (for example, the chart for a PI ending on August 1 will end at August 2)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1 - Navigate to PIP report
2. Step 2 - Drill Down
3. Step 3 - Toggle on burn up
4. Step. 4 - Hover over the start of burn line. and end

Expected Results

Burn Up Calculations: # Start Date = Start Date of PI minus one day (for example, the chart for a PI starting on June 1 will start at May 31)

1. End Date = Finish Date of PI plus one day (for example, the chart for a PI ending on August 1 will end at August 2)

Actual Results

The report is off by one day
