WIP by State/Step: Cosmetic changes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login. 
2. Go to Wip by State and Wip by Step. 
3. Check report

Expected Results

'All Features' label is read 'All Stand Alone Features'

'Epic' and 'Feature' words in 'All Epics' and 'All Features' labels are tied to terminology

'Epics' label in 'Stand Alone Epics' is replaced with 'Features' and tied to terminology. 

Actual Results

The label doesn't highlight that report shows Stand lone features, terms not tied to terminology

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
