Issue Summary

Feature: It's possible to misalign PI on Feature with PI on its parent Epic

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create Epic and assign it to PI1.
2. Create Feature and assign it to PI2. 
3. Set Epic as a Parent for Feature. 

Expected Results

When assigning a child object to a parent that does not share the child's PI, throw a warning modal telling the user the PI will be removed from the child. User can cancel and null the parent assignment or confirm to remove the PI on the child.

Actual Results

As a result, Epic is assigned to PI1 and Feature under it is assigned to PI2. 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
