Issue Summary

Checklist: User is not able to turn Use Video/Ext Link option off

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Create a Checklist. 
3. Add Step. 
4. Click the Edit button. 
5. Enable Use Video/Ext Link:
6. Add the link to any video from Youtube. 
7. Save. 
8. Turn Use Video/Ext Link option off
9. Save

Expected Results

The option becomes disabled.

Actual Results

The option becomes enabled, the state of the checkbox is not persisted.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
