Checklist: External video Links not supported

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Create a Checklist. 
3. Add Step. 
4. Click the Edit button. 
5. Enable Use Video/Ext Link:
6. Add the link to any video from Youtube. 
7. Save. 
8. Start the checklist and try to play video. 

Expected Results

Video is played. 

Actual Results

Video is broken

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
