Issue Summary

Roles: Several toggles have no effect on User permissions and don't affect anything at all

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Go to Administration>Roles>Any Role>Additional Options.
3. Review:
   "Customize Dashboard Templates" looks like we do not use it.
   "Edit Product Planning" looks like we do not use this toggle
   "LifeCycle Approve" looks like we do not use this toggle
   "LifeCycle Assign" looks like we do not use this toggle
   "LifeCycle Document Edit" looks like we do not use this toggle
   "Professional Roadmaps" looks like we do not use this toggle
   "View Top Manager Reports" looks like we do not use this toggle

Expected Results

Toggles aren't affecting anything so they are removed

Actual Results

They appear and they are confusing to Users

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
