[JIRAALIGN-1261] Dependency: Depends on team is not able to select Story from its PI/Program

Issue Summary

Dependency: Depends on team is not able to select Story from its PI/Program

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. You should have Two Programs with separate PI's. Each Program should have at least one Agile team under it
3. Create Dependency between these Agile Teams.
4. As Depends on Team try to select Story that belongs to its PI and Program.

Expected Results

The depends on team can choose a story within the PI that the need date falls within

Actual Results

Only Stories from Requesting Team PI/Program are available.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
