Issue Summary

Portfolio room: Points>Open Text field estimation system is not supported.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Configure Portfolio with Portfolio Estimation system is set to Points>Open text field set some estimate for any Epic. Create all other data that is required to Finance view in Portfolio room to be populated.

Expected Results

Portfolio room>Finance view is using Open text Field to TW/MW conversion settings

Actual Results

Portfolio room>Finance view is using Fibonacci to TW/MW conversion settings

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
