Issue Summary

When running the cumulative report and selecting the start date or end date this report spin and spins until you refresh the screen. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1 - Navigate to a kanban board that has a large set of data
2. Step 2 - Then click more actions and then select the lean metrics 
3. Step 3 - Make a change to the start date and end date 

Expected Results

Report spins and doesn't load

Report should load
