[JIRAALIGN-1250] Kanban Boards: Cumulative Flow Select Date Start Date & End Date Crashes Report

Issue Summary

When running the cumulative report and selecting the start date or end date this report spin and spins until you refresh the screen. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1 - Navigate to a kanban board that has a large set of data
2. Step 2 - Then click more actions and then select the lean metrics 
3. Step 3 - Make a change to the start date and end date 

Expected Results

Report spins and doesn't load

Report should load
