[JIRAALIGN-1247] 500 internal error in TeamGrid

Issue Summary

Unhandled EOF exception in Team grid resulting in 500 internal error.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a dummy program
2. navigate to team grid
3. add a filter in team grid and set it to the dummy program
4. delete the dummy program
5. navigate back to team grid

Expected Results

Team Grid should display without any 500 internal error.

Actual Results

500 internal error is displayed.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
