Issue Summary

Program Room orphan stories do not include Stories related to Sprint from selected Release. Ideally, the backlog and the program room should match orphan story counts.

Steps to Reproduce

Step 1 - Make sure you have stories tied to a PI and some associated with a release and some not
Step 2 - Validate if the program room and the backlog orphan stories count should match.

Expected Results

Program room should show orphan stories that have a sprint & release assigned, this how backlog currently operates.

Actual Results

Program Room orphan stories do not include Stories related to Sprint from selected Release.
