Team of Teams/Scrum of Scrum Meeting: active Release is shown as not active after running a meeting

Issue Summary

Precondition:

• Release with current dates and In Progress Status is created under portfolio

• Portfolio and program teams are created

Steps to Reproduce

Go to Program -> Program Room
In the 'Run a Meeting' dropdown select Scrum of Scrum
OR

Go to Team -> Team Meetings
In Meeting Types dropdown select Team of Teams
Start a Portfolio/program Meeting
End Meeting

Expected Results

User is redirected to the My Meetings page.

'View Meeting' link displays in the Active Releases column

Actual Results

No Active Releases in the column

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
