[JIRAALIGN-1225] EOF exception in EpicGrid

Issue Summary

Depending on the user filter an EOF exception is thrown when accessing an empty recordset in EpicGrid.

Steps to Reproduce

This is not that straight forward to reproduce because we do not have access to the DB and check the customer data.

Expected Results

EpicGrid should be displayed properly if no results returned for a filter.

Actual Results

Depending on the filter, Whoops screen is displayed.

Error thrown from splunk: cs_uri_query = FirstTime=True|13|80020009|-

Workaround

Affected users can manage Epics from the backlog for now.
