Kanban Teams: Anchor Dates Panel only shows Anchor Sprints that have an end date after the created date of the Team

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Kanban Team with a Parent Program associated to older Program Increments containing sync sprints
2. View the Anchor Date Panel of the created Kanban team

Expected Results

On the Kanban Team's Anchor Date panel all anchor dates from PI should be displayed, regardless of kanban team creation data. The dates shown would tied into all Kanban Team associated reporting.

Actual Results

On the Kanban Team's Anchor Date panel only Anchor Sprints that have an end date after the created date of the Team are shown.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
