Issue Summary
When users are tied to the notification field on a defect they aren't getting emails or showing up on the email log email template.
Steps to Reproduce
- Step 1 - Add users to a defect
- Step 2 - Update defect (Open then close and fix the defect)
- Step 3 - View adminemailsoutlog
Expected Results
Users added to Notify line should receive emails when item is updated and emails should be captred in the email logs. Please see internal note.
Actual Results
Users aren't getting notifications

Subscribe to the defect no other work around
