[JIRAALIGN-1215] Wrong calculation in Theme Effort vs Value points in portfolio room

Issue Summary

Portfolio room's Theme Effort vs Value points doesn't add up compared to the Story's LOV/LOE points based on theme.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make sure you have a portfolio with themes and stories assigned to it.
2. Open portfolio room and select your portfolio.
3. Click "Financials" tab. (upper right area)
4. Click "Points" in Theme Effort vs Value area
5. Hover over the dots and take note of the LOV and LOE values.
6. go to stories and filter them out based on themes(PI's theme).
7. Calculate the LOE values and compare it to the values you got from step 5.

Expected Results

Theme Effort vs Value points in Portfolio room should match the sum of stories LOV and LOE based on theme.

Actual Results

Theme Effort vs Value points in Portfolio room doesn't line up with the sum of stories LOV and LOE based on theme.

Theme Effort vs. Value -
[when set to "Swag"] - Plots the aggregated Strategic Value Score for epics tied to a Theme (as Value), and the aggregated Effort SWAG for epics tied to a Theme (as Cost)
[when set to "Points"] - Plots the aggregated LOV for stories tied to a Theme (as Value), and the aggregated LOE for stories tied to a Theme (as Cost)
