Jira Boards tab does not reflect updates made to Jira Align team's names

Steps to Reproduce

Method 1:

1. Browse to Programs Team https://bimodalinternal.agilecraft.com/TeamGrid page
2. Pick a team that is currently related to some Jira Board in Jira Management https://bimodalinternal.agilecraft.com/JiraManagement page (eg. teamID 1797 Squirrel)
3. In team's slide-out panel, modify its name then click Save & Close button
4. Notice the team name change gets reflected in the TeamGrid page
5. Browse to Jira Management https://bimodalinternal.agilecraft.com/JiraManagement page, then click Jira Boards tab
6. Find the corresponding board associated to that team (eg. JiraBoard ID 62)
7. Notice the team name does not reflect
8. Notice the team name displayed at Jira Align Team column does not reflect the recently made change
   Interestingly enough, if you search for the team name, the change is noticed and filtered upon, as expected, however, the data in the corresponding row keeps unchanged.

Method 2:

1. Browse to Jira Management https://bimodalinternal.agilecraft.com/JiraManagement page, then click Jira Boards tab
2. Find a board you want to change its corresponding Jira Align Team's name (eg. JiraBoard ID 62)
3. Click on team's name; the team slide-out panel will show up
4. In team's slide-out panel, modify its name then click Save & Close button
5. Notice the team name does not get reflected in the Jira Boards grid
   if you check Audit Logs, you'll notice the changes came thru as expected.

Expected Results

Updates to Jira Align teams names should be reflected in Jira Board tab entries

Actual Results

Jira Boards tab does not reflect updates made to Jira Align team's names

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
