Issue Summary

The Team Load widget on the Program Room does not support alternative character sets. This is especially problematic for customers that do not use English as their primary language. This is a problem in general, but the customers are complaining about this one in particular

Steps to Reproduce - This is reproducible on bimodalinternal

1) navigate to the Program Room
2) click "View Configuration" to ensure "Team Load" widget is on
3) scroll so that you see "Team Load" and note one of the teams
4) edit one of the Teams such that the name is something like "Buró de crédito Team"
5) refresh the Program Room

Expected Results

the team name displays with special characters

Actual Results

see attachment, URL encoding-type codes display

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior, aside from avoiding the use of special characters. A workaround will be added here when available
