Issue Summary

Import: Application is not importing Feature when parent and grandparent have the same name

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login.
2. Create Epic and Capability with the same names(this can be done through Capability or Epic renaming after initial creation. )
3. Go to Features>More Actions>Import.
4. Download template.
5. Fill all required fields. Set Capability title.
6. Import file.

Expected Results

The file is imported and Feature is created.

Actual Results

The feature is not created.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
