Issue Summary

Features: Parent Capability or Epic Field Truncates to 50 Characters with no scroll over (tool tip) to distinguish like name parent items

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create multiple Capabilities or Epics with greater than 50 character names that have similar names
2. Navigate to a Feature. Try to select one of the Parent Capabilities or Epics

Expected Results

There would be a scroll over (tool tip) that gives the full name of the parent work item when scrolling your mouse over it

Actual Results

There is no scroll over (tool tip) that gives the full name of the parent work item when scrolling your mouse over it

Workaround

Add one of the similarly named work items and check its full name until you have added the correct parent work item
