Mass Delete: List of Epics across all PIs doesn't appear when setting PI to Select All

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login.
2. Go to Epics>More Actions>Mass Move>Mass Delete.
3. Select Epics in Object, Select all in PI, any Program in Program.

Expected Results

All Epics from selected programs are listed, regardless of PI they are assigned to.

Actual Results

No Epics listed.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
