Issue Summary

Program Tracking: Features don't appear in Report.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login.
2. Go to the Program Tracking report.
3. Select Program and PI that has some Features assigned in Context Menu.
4. Check if Features appear in the report.

Expected Results

Features appear.

Actual Results

Features don't appear in the report.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
