      Issue Summary

      Some Epics do not have a rank indicated on Epic Analytics report.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to reports and select Epic Default Analytics
      2. Select a specific Program and PI.
      3. Hover over epics on the graph and observe the rank.

      Expected Results

      Rank should be indicated on the Epics when we hover over it. The rank shown here should pull from the rank on the epic backlog

      Actual Results

      Some epics do not have ranks indicated.
