Issue Summary

Jira Sprints that are linked to a Jira Board that was deleted will display if the newly added Jira board is using the same ID as the previously deleted one.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make sure you have a Jira Board with Sprints linked.
2. Delete that board and take note of the board ID.  (Example ID 2)
   
3. Update your connector configuration to use a different Jira.
   
4. Link a new board with the "Only sprints created on board" selected.
   
5. Select the new Jira Board

Expected Results

It will only display Jira Sprints linked to that board.

Actual Results

it is showing Jira Sprints from the current and 

Workaround

Create a new board in Jira with the same filter share so it will be on a different board id.
