[JIRAALIGN-1092] Feature Backlog the Story Right-Click options to "move" or Rank a Story do not work

      On the Feature Backlog, Right Clicking on a story and selecting either "move to top/bottom" option or "move to position" does not work.

      Workaround:
      Drill down items doesn't have an option of right click. Items can still be dragged and dropped to their desired locations on the backlog.
