Issue Summary

Epic: Epic Planning report doesn't shot data for Hierarchies with Capabilities

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login.
2. Create or open an existing Hierarchy with Epic, Capability, Feature, and stories. Part of the Stories should be accepted.
3. Open Epic.
4. Open Epic Planning in side menu links.

Expected Results

Progress for Epic is displayed in Story Points' view.

Actual Results

Progres is not displayed.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
