Issue Summary

Currently cannot filter by grid on any grid, except Themes. This renders the custom field useless for much of the reporting I am doing. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to any Feature, Epic, Story, Task, Defect, Dependencies grid

1. Cannot filter by custom field

Expected Results

Can filter by custom field like I can on Themes grid & backlogs

Actual Results

Does not filter on Feature, Task, Epic, Story, Defect or Dependencies grid

Workaround

Exporting work items and manually filtering
