[JIRAALIGN-1022] Stories : Unable to upload files due to "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied." error message

Issue Summary

End-users are experiencing the "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied." when attempting to upload files to their Stories.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Browse to Stories
2. Open any Story
3. Try to upload or drag & drop files over the Files area
4. Notice the error message

Expected Results

File attached without any error message.

Actual Results

Unable to attach files even though they're compatible.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.
