Issue Summary

Discussion notification emails should contain a link to the work item

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any work item that has a discussion chat
2. Add a message containing a mention of the specific user (e.g. @username) and a message
3. Validate if the mentioned user has received the email notification that contains the link to the work item

Expected Results

The mentioned user has received the email notification that contains the link to the work item

Actual Results

The mentioned user has received the email notification that doesn't contain the link to the work item

Workaround

To proceed with the discussion users have to open the work item manually to post the messages to the discussion chat
