Improve the error message when users tries to access URLs they don't have access to.

      When a user tries to access URLs they don't have access to (non-admins reaching to configuration URL, for example), a generic error and a suggestion to reach out to admins is thrown.

      A clear message of information is due to access restriction, which could avoid unnecessary admin contacts, improving the experience.
