Improve the Experience for Session Timeouts on Atlassian Products

      When the user session expires, we may get generic errors with a HASH and TraceId only.

      A clear message or warning that the session had expired would improve the experience.


      Steps to Reproduce

      This behavior can be triggered by disconnecting sessions from Managed Accounts. The next user action on the product should trigger the error message.
