Summary
For security reasons, when Google requests access to Atlassian Cloud sites, we don't respond with any CORS headers at all. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to add CORS headers to Confluence responses for the same reason. Thus, the indexed site data contains no relevant results.
When trying to access cached site data on Google, you will encounter an error.
In Jira:
Something went wrong
In Confluence:
We’ve hit a snag
The issue should resolve on its own, but if it keeps happening, ask your admin to contact our support team and give them:
- The URL of this page
- The code associated with this error: (code)
Suggestion
