Audit Log for user logins

      The ability to see the user's last login time is helpful. In certain situations, it is also useful to be able to view the historical information for this as well.

            A very fundamental requirement for auditing, monitoring, investigations. I am becoming sceptical of the thought process within Atlassian's section and whoever made this call not to make these logs available. Addimg more to my concerns since Atlassian is stripping these capabilities from their cloud offering when they give the ultimatum to the users to move to their cloud product.

            The ability to see login request logging is a fundamental need to any identity based sign in system.  Please add this ability so user sign in may be investigated in a technical manner when issues arise.
