      Description

      Currently, when there are multiple user login failures to an Atlassian Cloud site, a notification will be sent to the user.  A notification to the Org/Site admin is also suggested so that the admin is aware of the same.

      Suggested Resolution

      Provide a configuration option so that a notification is sent to the Org/Site admin when there are multiple login failures to the Atlassian Cloud site.
