Problem Definition
Currently when a user fails to login to any single instance , the site administrators are not able to track login attempts related logs.
Suggested Solution
Side administrators could have these as additional information in the Audit Logs
Why this is important
For better security within the system and also for use with external audit needs
Workaround
Using SAML with Cloud may offer some solution from a Identity Provider perspective
