Issue Summary
At present, the Atlassian accounts can choose their own language preference at https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences
Requirement:
The ability for org admin to standardize the language preference for all the managed users in the org from the Admin Portal.
Workaround:
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
