Issue Summary
When a user tries to update their Full Name or Public Name, the changes are not saved
This issue has been tested on the cloud.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/
- Change the public name to something else.
- Once the change is done, hit enter. A notification appears saying the name has been changed
- The public name is not actually changed. It reverts to the old name.
Expected Results
The Public name should be updated
Actual Results
The change is reverted
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour.
