When first displaying the list of users in the improved user management experience, the Active filter is enabled by default; that was not the case in the original management experience.
The solution
Displaying an unfiltered list of the users or providing the option to Organisation Admins to configure predefined filters to be applied when first viewing the list of users.
The benefits
- It would save time and effort for Organisation Admins that regularly remove the Active filter.
- It would avoid confusion for Organisation Admins familiar with the original management experience that just got migrated to the improved user management experience and expect to start from an unfiltered list of users.
