Add org-level audit log when name or email change is made to a managed user

      Issue Summary

      Request for further org-level audit logs when an org admin makes changes to a user profile via the Organization UI: 

      • Full name
      • Email address
      • Job title change
      • Department
      • Based in
      • Profile picture
      • Timezone

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to your Org > Directory > Managed accounts; update the email address/full name/etc. on the account
      2. Check org-level audit logs and observe that the change from step 1 is not recorded there.
