Issue Summary

The administration page allows removing the default product access group if you add more than one default access group. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. If you have only one default access group, add one more.
2. Reload the page.
3. Click ... and click Don't make this group default in both groups.
4. Reload again, and you'll see that there is no default group anymore. 

Expected Results

By default, it shouldn't be possible to have a product without default group access.
