      Unable to search users in user management with Kanji or non ASCII characters in their display names.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Invite a user with displayname 酒井 優治
      2. Try searching in user management by full or partial name

      Expected Results

      User should be shown in the results.

      Actual Results

      No results are shown.

      Workaround

      You have to search the users by their email addresses.
