When a user account is not managed, site administrators can suggest to the user a new full name and email address.
This option works if the user is active on the site and if they already logged in.
When the user never logged in, the option is visible but it only shows "Something went wrong" if the site administrator tries to suggest the changes.
Remove the option if the user still doesn't have an active Atlassian account and if they never logged in on the site.
