Problem Definition
User is required to audit all users every 90 days and mark users inactive if they have not used the system in the time span.
Additionally they often need to notify users prior to marking them inactive to ensure they do not require access to the system.
Suggested Solution
- Filter or report that can be exported which would list all users who have not used the system in X days.
- Notification to users reminding them they have access if they have not logged into the system in Y days.
Workaround
Manually review Administration -> User management -> Users and look at "Last:" in the login details column.
