Problem Definition
Currently, User Management page in Cloud sites allow us to invite existing users and no changes to the users happen and no message is shown warning that these users already existed. This also doesn't trigger notification to those users.
This is an issue, particularly for cases where users don't have product access. Administrations unaware that a users is already part of the system (without access) may expect that the users they invited are going to have access to the products (default access), when this is not going to happen.
Suggested Solution
Show a warning when inviting users, listing users that already existed and explaining these users were not modified. This will allow administrators to know they should verify and possibly modify the users.
