Issue Summary

• Initials avatars are not being displayed in Jira, it shows a gray silhouette instead.
• It behaves like this regardless of the privacy options at https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/privacy

Environment

Jira Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an Aa to do this test and make sure the avatar shows the initials (using name + surname initials in latin alphabet)
2. Invite this account to Jira

Expected Results

It should show the avatar as initials

Actual Results

It shows a gray silhouette

Notes

This works ok in Confluence, id.atlassian.com, People section, etc

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
