Issue Summary
At the moment, invites lasts 7 days before it expires.
The problem is that the expired invite will still count towards the billing/licensing.

Steps to Reproduce
- Invite users
Expected Results
If the invite got expired, it shouldn't count as an active license (considering no one is using that account as the person has not accepted the invite)
Actual Results
The expired invite still count as an active license
Notes
This is somehow related to the tickets

Workaround
- Delete the invited user if they are not keen in accepting the invitation
- Resend invite and request the user to accept the invitation
