At the moment, invites lasts for 7 days before they expire.
The problem is that the expired invite still counts towards the billing/licensing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Invite users

Expected Results
If the invitation gets expired, it shouldn't count as an active license (considering no one is using that account as the person has not accepted the invite yet)

Actual Results
The expired invite still count as an active license

Workaround
Delete the invited user if they are not keen in accepting the invitation
Resend invite and request the user to accept the invitation
