This can mean that if a user logs out of an Atlassian product to then try and log in with a different email on the same domain, the login will fail as Atlassian receives a different email from the IdP.
Many SAML providers support 'single sign out' which would solve this issue if integrated.
Summary
If a user has two different instances, both setup with different emails, when they logged in and then switched to another instance, they will be prompted to switch an account. Clicking on try on a different account link wouldn't log the user out
Expected Results
User gets logged out and able to switch to a different accout.
Actual Results
Stuck in a constant loop telling me to switch account
Workaround
Instead of clicking the try on a different account link, user can go to https://id.atlassian.com and logout. Or user can logout first before going to another instance
